Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with food or as advised by your health professional.
Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice. Keep out of reach of children. Contains phenylalanine, soya bean products, sulfites, propolis and royal jelly. Vitamin and/or mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing. Store below 25°C.
